Botany Bay

Post by David Wisson »

Hi All My Sister is back home in Canada. So I got to tinker on the last day of our holiday. Here's one for the Ozzie's. It's E9th & C6th so I am finally becoming Unified. Though my Wife thinks I should be Certified. Dave :D https://soundcloud.com/user-627782904/botany-bay

By the way, the song sounds great. I play steel and I remember the ORIGINAL Star Trek episode with one of the Starships being the USS Botany Bay. I'm definitely dating myself.

Hi Mike Thank you. I wish I could play all day. But alas I have to work still. Getting close to retirement though. Dave

I'm just hearing this. You've done sterling job. I liked the segue into "Waltzing Matilda". Coincidently, I watched the Smothers Brothers doing a segment on Waltzing Matilda only this morning. They were trying to explain what the song meant. It must be nearly impossible if not a native Aussie.

I'm off now to listen to all your tunes on sound cloud
