Steel player on Joni Mitchell Gershwinn Award?

I'm watching the Joni Mitchell Gershwinn Award (which I guess was this last January) and wondering who's the steel player. I haven't seen a close shot of the steel but it sounds like an Emmons and the player is sooo tasty.

At first it was a confident guess because 1) Greg has worked with Joni and 2) this sort of large ensemble is right up his alley.
But then I scanned thru the youtube and saw his face. His name being in the credits at the end....that was just cheating (and you haven't gotten to the end yet).
