Has anyone seen/played a lap steel w/ 3 single coil pickups?

My favorite electric guitar configuration is the Stratocaster with it's 3 single coil pickups and a 5 way selector switch. There is such great versatility in the tone that can be produced.
Has anyone come across a lap steel that has 3 single coils and a 5 way pickup selector?

The only 3-pickup steels I've played were Nationals that sounded
very different from a Strat.
You could always take a Strat and add a square neck:

Noah,
Yes, I did that.
I put one of Loni's necks on a Strat.
In fact, if you pull up that site, I'm on it.

i have built a lapdancer type neck and installed it on a strat body. sounded great. i build the headstock differently to reduce any flex.

That said, I bet I have the ONLY hybrid Tele/Strat on the planet with palm benders for a lap steel! It's a beast.

Maybe; maybe not.
But there is a strong likelihood you have the only one on the planet strung up with only a 2nd and a 3rd string.
