I want to recognize Billy Knowles for being the great guy and steel technician that he is. I dropped my recently acquired S10 Emmons off at Billys in N.C. He got everything I needed done in a matter of days and it works fine. He added two knee levers and switched a few others around to match my D10. He is a Gentleman and a Craftsman! You are definitely a Master of your craft. Thank you from Sandy and Me.

You are so right on target with your comments Ben. Billy is a real decent guy always willing to take the time to help out any way he can.

Billy Knowles is second to none and setup any guitar you put in front of him, he’s an humble soul and you feel as if you have known him forever ,can’t say enough about the gentleman
