Pre-RP Mullen

Hello everyone,
I’m looking to part with my 8/5 Mullen D10 and was hoping to get a consensus on a fair price for it. It plays well, the only issues are that the metallic trim is detached a little and the 7 pedal tends not to return to open position on the C6 neck. Maybe an issue that routine maintenance would solve (which the guitar hasn’t had in a long time).
If anyone has some insight please let me know.
