I ran across this posting on the Seattle Craigslist. I have no connection to this.

Yes Sho~Bud made a cheap Student Model called a "Maverick" and it was not a Pro Model. Looks like someone painted that one on craigslist.
It's worth maybe 500 bux; but folks have been LISTING them Over-Priced, simply because they see all these over listed prices these days. But they are only a listing; we never get to know how much they sell for unless we buy it personally. But I know how much every single part is worth to make because I've been in the building/restoring...etc of Sho~Bud business for almost 30 years. and the parts on that student model maybe add up to a few hundred bux....

This is a fine example of the extremely rare "Hello Kitty" edition Maverick. The cannabis fret markers were an aftermarket upgrade. It's not suitable for country music, but would be a excellent guitar for playing happy music in a cloud of smoke. Winking
