I'm sitting here listening to Lionel Wendling's and just reflecting on when I first met Lionel, back in the early eighties.
his record is sophisticated and amazing. He's a world class musician and steel guitarist.
Can't wait to pick his brain on some of his sounds.

I just have to listen a few more times. There's so much great stuff!

He's quite the artist. I stumbled on his channel some time ago and was hooked. Excellent musician with quality material.

Hey BB! Yes..Lionel was a standout many moons ago,circa 1980. Met him at Duane's shop in Madison. Interesting guy...turned out quite the player! He used to room with Bela Fleck. That must have been inspiring,eh? Play good BB. Regards,RK :)

Thanks for the reminder, Bruce. I once bought his "Full Time Job" CD and after only one listen I put it away and forgot about it. Now after listening for the second time I must say that it is really good!
