reverser mechanismm.
can sombody outhere show me a reverser set-up for a cable operated pedal steel guitar, a drawing would be fine .

Are you looking for a way to lower with an all-pull cable guitar?
If so, have your tuning keys pivot with a pull like this where the tuning keys are mounted on a plate with a finger that pokes through to the bottom on the cabinet. The tuner pivots on the tuning key shaft that is passing through the keyhead, with a hole hopefully lines with an oilite bushing:
Rods are used here, but they are pull rods, so a cable would do the same thing. This is like a Bigsby pivoting tuning key system.
Or you do the Bigsby, Wright and Sho-Bud trick of bellcranks that are mounted BEHIND the fingers -- between the fingers and the endplate:
