Probably a one off homemade. Looks well made. Looking at the changer endplate, looks like maybe a ZB type changer. Wish they would have shown pics of the undercarriage.

Looks like some ones dream became a reality.
The pedals look like a set I bought in 1970 of rough casts, You finish. Looks like the key head is in 3 pieces, Key head, Maybe a bar of aluminum for a solid nut, Then later, The roller nut was set on top. The fret boards look Sho-Bud dust collectors, Or a copy.
Cast end plates.
Whoever done the cabinet work was a great craftsman.
