Love this old tune. You may recognize it as the theme song for the TV show "This Old House".

Eadd9 tuning (a very easy retune from C6)

Nice playing as always, Doug!

A great example of the Hawaiian turn-around in a non-Hawaiian tune. Thanks for the PBS shout out. I would have driven myself crazy trying to figure out where I'd heard this tune.

Thanks Steve and Mike. I try to post a new long-form video every six weeks or so. I can make the vertical Shorts in less time because I use band-in-a-box backing tracks for the Shorts.
