Burny RFA-75 hollow body

Post by Martin Lindsay »

Fernandes (Japanese co) made (in China) hollow-body electric guitar modelled closely after the Gibson ES-175 vintage reissue but at a fraction of the price. Burny guitars are highly-acclaimed and hard to come by.

* FINGERBOARD : Dark rosewood, 24.75” short scale, 22 fret
* BODY: Maple laminate with parallel bracing, sunburst finish
* NECK: comfortable Medium C profile
* NUT WIDTH: 1 11/16” (43 mm)
* STRING SPACING AT BRIDGE: 2.165” (55mm)
* PICKUP: FVH-2002 PAF Humbucker
* CONTROLS: 1 Volume, 1 Tone with top-hat style knobs
* BRIDGE: Tune-O-Matic with rosewood base
* Parallelogram fretboard inlays
* Grover-style Keystone tuners
* “Zig-zag” trapeze tailpiece
* 3-ply pickguard

Strung with flat-wound strings. Plays great.
Includes plush-lined hardshell case shown

Purchased recently from The Guitar Boutique in Canada. Remarkable jazz/swing, blues guitar that holds its own against any in its class. Doesn’t get the attention it deserves, so selling it.

$850 + shipping

Open to trades.
