"Vintage" portable steel stand. Its bit wobbly when fully extended for stand up playing but could probably be tightened up, and paint has flaked off - full disclosure.
Made of good old heavy gauge American steel, solid construction expands to hold a steel 10" wide.
To save on shipping (which is now based on dimensions more than weight) I will disassemble it inoto the smallest package at buyer's request.
