Learn to play the pedal steel guitar by Buddy Emmons

Hi,I got the record of Emmons school of pedal steel guitar but unfortunately not
- the information sheet explaining number diagram system
- tuning chart
- diagrammed sheet music for the songs on the record.
Can anybody help me finding these?
