Sometimes it sounds like Lloyd, other times like maybe John Hughey
Then it sounds like a very proficient proponent of the “Jordan bosstone into a boatload of reverb” string section effect.
Can someone definitively identify the steel picker on the LP?

Most players really accentuate the "E" lowers on slow songs.
I listened to a couple of the songs on the album, and I'm not hearing the high "E" being lowered, so I'm thinking it's gotta be Lloyd.

According to the Lloyd Green Tribute site, it is indeed Lloyd.
