Trying to get my LR pedal (for strings 4 & 8) to tune to D#

Stage One PSG:

Good afternoon all:
Having some minor issues with getting my LR pedal to properly tune down from E to D#. This is on strings 4 & 8. There has to be some little thing I'm missing as I have the owners manual from Doug. Have tuned this rig at least 4 times since I've had it (2 years) and restrung the other day. Any guidance on this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks

The guitar is probably over-tuned.

Read the sticky at the top of the page on "Overtuning (and Undertuning) an all pull guitar". Follow the instructions there.

( The manuals that come with guitars, normally, DO NOT have this information! )

I think these are Pull-Release changers, not All-Pull.
It probably has to do with the Red colored tuners at the endplate (red meaning do-not-adjust). The pre-raise any string that has a Lower.
There is contact info for Support at:

Here is a link to a pic showing the red tuners:

Yes, those red ones shouldn’t be turned, but they also shouldn’t lose their settings if not turned so unless you messed with them that shouldn’t be the problem. If you did not use the exact string gauges listed on the owners manual when changing strings, that could be the issue. Different string gauges require different amounts of movement to get to pitch.
