Has anyone else seen this guitar for sale online at Music Go Round. Any ideas of what it is? It looks interesting. They only offer a 48 return policy so I'm going to pass on this one

It looks like something someone put together from a bunch of different parts. Without detailed photos, I can't say more, or recommend it for purchase. Could be decent, could be crap. :|

Since you're in Virginia, check out the steels at Billy Cooper's in Orange Va

It looks like someone has built a 1 of a kind Steel Guitar.

I wonder what is with the Front Apron on the Guitar, They only show pictures of the back apron.

I wonder if there is a case with the guitar. With that large electronic box on right corner of the guitar it would be a job to design and build a case for the guitar.

The pedal bar has pedal brackets that have a MSA Classic look. The different length pedals looks and is unusual.

Some pictures of the underneath mechanics may tell the rest of the story.

High price for an unknown.

Music-Go-Round isn't known for knowledgeability about pedal steel. I consider them a pawnshop.

Stopped in. Still there and has "Made for CLC by Sho-Bud," scribbled on it. Also has "Sho-Bud 1989" and "Sho-Bud 1991" scribbled underneath. Random raises and lowers per string? Bride of Frankensteel?

It's got the cool ashtray, but they wouldn't sell that piece...
