Nashville 112 Master Gain

Hello all,
I have a Nashville 112 and have an issue with the master gain potentiometer not functioning. The volume can only be controlled on the amp by the preamp gain knob. The master gain knob has no effect on the volume.
Does anyone have any thought on what could cause this?

Have you tried jumping the “preamp out” to “power amp in” jacks in the back?

I can try that tonight and I like the thought. According to the manual block diagram, that section is before the master gain. I might be missing something, though and I'll let you know if it works. Thanks!

yeah just trying to eliminate variables. I assume you have nothing patched in/out of the front as well.

Bad pot or open ground on the pot. If has no ground reference it can’t control the volume
You might try cleaning the pot too

The master gain is connected from the preamp board to the power amp board via a 4 pin cable assembly. Could be a loose wire on the connector
