I posted this in another forum section but it's also relevant here. Hammond B3 sounds for an R&B tune delivered by a C9 pedal driven by the back neck of a '72 Emmons. I originally purchased this pedal to cover Little Big Town's "Happy People" with Olivia Harms in the early days of her solo career, and it continues to be a useful gadget.

I had a C9 for about 3 years and it always had a very compressed sound. I finally gave it to my son. It's better a 6vstrung guitar than the steel to my ears
