Yes, as far as I know, they are still repairing amps. If you have any issues getting through, give Bill Ferguson a call, PM, or email. He posts quite frequently here on the Forum and has close ties to Peavey. He might be along here shortly for comment.
I will be back shortly with the last known working phone number I have on file for them.

Yes Peavey is still doing repairs.
Here are the recommendations from the service department>
Under warranty: Meridian service center will repair if you ship the product to them.
Out of warranty: Recommend using a 3rd party Peavey repair center. Meridian will still do the work, but cannot guarantee a turnaround time.
All products to be repaired in Meridian must be shipped to repair center. NO WALK-INS.
If you need help, I will do what I can to help you. Drop me an email and explain what you need and I will try to get you to the right person.
EMAIL ONLY No PM's please

I think the world of Hartley Peavey, but does anybody else get the idea that maybe one might avoid Peavey gear for a while till they get things sorted out? _________________ Guacamole Mafia - acoustic harmony duo

I have given up trying to get someone from Peavey Service to respond to me. I know the email address is valid. 9 emails over the past 6 months and attempted phone calls. I am over it. _________________ Tim Harr

Would it be fair to claim that the Peavey company is in the process of transitioning from a domestic manufacturer to an importer? |
