Bought this for $40, what model is it?

Bought this old National lap steel for $40 from a lady locally. Had to clean it up a bit, but it was definitely a steal (pun intended) I think!

Does anyone know the model? The pots date to 1965.

Nice score! Put a rubber garden hose washer under the tone knob to create friction. It helps to keep it in position.
Don't go in the water after lunch. You'll get a cramp and drown. - Mother.
