Well it's not a song normally played on E9; so to find tab for E9 is next to impossible. BUT my good friend Milo Deering has a video of him playing it on E9 and so if you can watch his positions and you can come up with the fingering timing..../there you go:

I recall Milo's E9 version - very cleverly worked out.
At the time (many years ago), I was able to do as Ricky suggests: watch his positions and find what you can. I found it easier than I'd expected.
The tonality is somewhat different from C6th as you'd expect but it's very doable. (I think this thread has prompted me to go back and revisit the challenge. )
PS: E9th dictates that it be played in E major as opposed to the C6th original which is in D.
