Does anybody know the status of Steel Guitars of Nashville? I periodically check their website, and it seems like it has the same guitars on it that were there two years ago:

Are there any other stores on the I64, I65, or I75 corridors?

I live near hendersonville and I'm sure they are closed up. Johby King (forum member here) is in Nashville area.Pm him and see what he says. He has a fine reputation and does some great work from what I hear.

The Hendersonville shop is definitely closed. I went down there last I was in Gallatin, just to be sure. More on these threads:

I have tried calling and emailing them - no answer or reply since the move. I sincerely hope they start servicing orders again. Among other things, I'd love to get some Cobra Coil strings. But a number of people have tried ordering from the website, which was functioning last I looked. But nothing happened.

It really needs to get pulled from the forum Vendor Links section. It appears (and has been reported here) that it still accepts $$. No good.

Yes, as the OP in the 3rd link I posted stated, the website continues to accept orders and process payments, but orders are not being confirmed or filled. I just went there, and it will still allow you to add items to the shopping cart - that's as far as I took it. I'll mention this to b0b.

Also note that Frenchy Messier in New Mexico has retired. So the link to his pedal steel shop site should also be taken down. However, this is not critical since everything but the welcome page is gone now.
