Just stumbled over this 2020 album by a singer named Melissa Carper (Daddy's Country Gold) and found that Lloyd is playing on a few tracks. I can't get along with the singer's voice (my personal taste!) but Lloyd's playing on this track is simply beautiful:

Thanks for posting this Walter. Mr. Green is just so incredible. He has that "way"of making a song, singer& band just gel together.

Her voice and singing style to my ears are reminiscent of early Maria Muldaur recordings ('Midnight at the Oasis'). Lloyd as always is brilliant.

I saw her several times in the past in Austin Texas with her group:" The Carper Family" joined by Brennen Leigh on mandolin and Cindy Cashdollar on steel and Dobro. They were very good.

Lloyd played on Colter Wall's 2018 album Songs of the Plains

That album has a very western swing sound to the few steel parts (C6) but it's Lloyd being a genius as usual.
