came across this youtube band and it said
the steel player is jerry. any info on this band great sound...

Very nice, haunting pedal steel playing.

A bit of sleuthing with Google found this on Facebook:

It seems from this FB page that Jerry Guy ("TheJerryGuy") is playing pedal steel, Randy Stark on vocals, and this Southern Rain band is/was based in Live Oak, Florida.
