Nice steel on both songs, I'd like to know too, but my guess as I Believe was released in 1984, could it be Weldon Myrick? Sounds like the Weldon and Russ Hicks stuff from that time. Not sure on the other song either, but same type of lics??? Sounds like steel is being ran through a flanger or heavy chorus to me.
