Met steeler Sam Fields in Sacramento

Last night my band opened at the new Goldfields's music venue in Roseville for the Josh Ward band. During sound checks I met Sam Fields, a really great PSG picker, who just won Texas Country Music Assoc. "Steel Guitarist of the Year".

Real nice guy. I had to leave early and didn't get to stay and listen to his set... so any of you Texas steelers who know Sam, please tell him what a pleasure it was hearing, and meeting him Smile
