I just picked up a Mullen SD-12 off the forum (thank you b0b) and I need to do some work on it to fit my frame. I need to lift the guitar up an inch and move the left knee levers all the way back. I would like to do the work myself. Moving the knee levers should be fairly simple. But I am unsure how to lift the guitar.

Paul,

My Mullen is lifted 2" from standard. The crew at Mullen sell extended length pedal rods and can make a set of adjustable collars that clamp on the bottom of the front legs to keep the pedal bar in place to compensate for the new height. Moving the knee levers is pretty easy too, just remember that you;ll have to move any stops that are associated with the levers as well. I believe one of my left knee levers has rods that pass through the mounting hardware so you might have to undo some additional rodding to get it in the correct place. Overall pretty easy job. Just take your time at it should go well.
