Buddy Emmons For President Bumper Stickers

I was going through my things and came across a couple of "Buddy Emmons For President" bumper stickers.
I got them at one of Scotty's conventions. Maybe '88 or'92 the years of a presidential election.
Anyone have one of these and know what year?
