Opinions on Guyatone Conqueror Lap Steel.
There is a Guyatone Conqueror (6 string) available near me. The guy is asking $300. If you've owned or played one what are your thoughts on it?

Here's a link to a fairly nice one I sold on the forum a couple years ago for $190. Frankly, it was the worst sustaining lap steel I'd owned until I corrected a ground wire problem that was mechanically de-coupling the bridge plate from the body. Sounded pretty good once that was fixed. If you wind up buying one, I'd be very interested if yours has the same issue. $300 seems reasonable in today's market, especially if it doesn't require shipping.
