Who is the steel player?

A few weeks ago there was a post of a video featuring an instrumental band in a tiki type lounge setting. The player was playing a custom shobud, 12 string, I believe. Can anyone tell me the name of the steel player or band? I really enjoyed it and would like to look them up. Thanks
