The Glossary of Pedal Steel Guitar E-9th Tuning

I was at a second-hand bookstore in Burbank, CA and was surprised to find that they actually had a couple of books on Pedal Steel Guitar.
I'd never seen this book before and it seemed like a rare find, so I grabbed it.
Most of what's inside looks like it was typed with a typewriter and all the tablature was written by hand on staffs that look like they were hand drawn with a ruler.
The book is a hundred pages long with a whole lot of licks and runs. Only problem is, there are no timing marks.
It mentions a tape that was supposed to come with it, but I'm sure that tape is lost to the ages.
No author is mentioned and I can't seem to find any record of Hillton Music Co., much less any contact information.
At the bottom of page 2 there's a dedication to Scotty's Music store in Overland, MO. I looked it up, but the store is sadly out of business.
Does anyone know anything about this book or how I might get in touch with someone who might have a copy of the tape?
Thanks,
Jim
