Emmons Style Fixed Pin Volume Pedal (***SOLD Please Close**)

Here's an Emmons Style Volume Pedal up for sale that I've had sitting in a box for a few years. Works fine mechanically, has a 500K pot stamped Mexico and sounds OK. Overall in decent shape, no pitting of the metal, but does have a few scratches that you'd expect from use for its age. Looking at the last picture, the second output jack appears to only have a hot wire and is possibly missing a ground wire? Or is it "grounded to the case" (I am no electronics expert)? Seems like a quick fix if required but doesn't seem to affect functionality. Does $115 shipped to the lower 48 sound reasonable?
