At this point, there's nothing in the news, nor on his facebook page or website or any other source about this. Are you sure?

OK, it looks like a couple of press sources have finally picked up on this:
https://www.wideopencountry.com/razzy-bailey/
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Razzy_Bailey
Nothing else I can find though. I'm surprised the mainstream Nashville press hasn't confirmed this. Very sorry to hear, if true.

Razzy has indeed passed on. I think he was 83. He sure didn't look all that great in the last few years' photos. He'd lost some weight and his clothes looked like they were for a larger man.
I only knew him briefly as I was on a package tour with Dottsy in 1979, and others on the show were Razzy and Big Al Downing. He was a cool hang at the hotels and backstage, loved jokes and laughter, friendly and gregarious. I dug him. He also knew a lot about R&B and had great stories.
Rock on, Razzy.

Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg?
