Notably, Leon persists with a minor third in the opening phrase of the A sections of Steel Guitar Rag as appears in his seminal Wills recordings, unlike almost every following cover version that employs the major third that was used by Weaver in both the 1924 and 1927 versions of Guitar Rag. Funny that.
