2008 ZumSteel D10 8x6 SOLD

Post by Cody Stewart »

I'm selling my 2008 Zum D10 8x6

Here is an opportunity to own one of the best pedal steels ever made. This is another fine work of art by our beloved Bruce Zumsteg

The guitar is in nearly new condition and the pictures do not do it justice. It plays and sounds like a ZumSteel Should.

The guitar has just been serviced and the changers were cleaned, inspected and serviced by Bruce at his shop. Mechanically, the guitar has zero miles. Guitar is standard height.

Emmons Pedal Setup

LKL: Raises E's
LKV: Lowers 5 & 10 with splits
LKR: Lowers E's
RKL: Raises 1,2 & 7/ Lowers 3 on C6
Central Vertical: Lowers 4 & 8 C6
RKR: Lowers 2 & 9 / Raises 4 on C6

Pedal 4 acts as a crossover pedal working the typical C6 changes and Franklin change on E9

Guitar is equipped with BL-710 Pickups.

Case included.

Price includes shipping to the lower 48 states only.
No trade, or long holds.
First come, First serve. No tire kickers, please.
Shipped from Michigan via FEDEX, fully insured.
Certified or cashiers check, or PayPal(+3% fees) accepted for payment.

Bolt On’s: Red Belly, Brown Belly, 73 Sho~Bud Pro~II, Fender’s/Peavey’s. If it doesn't sound like 1968, then I probably won’t like it.

Tom, you got a great guitar! Playing that one is what convinced me to find one for myself.

You're right Forrest, Zum's are sweet sounding steels! Gary Carpenter made some nice looking/sounding Rains also! Cody had some good things to say about ya! Would've gotten that Emmons fromyou, but wasn't a member then.
