| I want to pass on kudos to Keith. I sent him my three year old delay pedal I bought from him because it had never worked right. After two attempts at trying to fix it, he graciously refunded my money. I would have preferred the pedal, because when it did work right it was awesome. |

| I've got a Hilton volume pedal and recently sent it from Australia to Keith in the USA for servicing. His communication is excellent and the pedal arrived back in Australia like new. He's a top operator. |
