Eventually someone will pop up who speaks Dutch. Have patience. I think he's asking about how a pedal steel works.

Google translate with a few obvious fixes that I hope don't butcher the intent:
From Frits from the Netherlands - is there someone who has an instruction guide that shows how the mechanical parts are placed for a 10 string pedel steel guitar? The changer .. pedal rods .. etc...
Would appreciate an answer

Frits - here is a link to pedal steel manuals for a large number of makes -

Most deal with the basic operation and maintenance of an already set up guitar. The Sierra manual goes into quite a bit of detail about how to change the setup of a Sierra guitar. When I had a Sierra guitar, I found it useful.
I'm moving this to from Forum Feedback to the Pedal Steel section, where hopefully more people will see it. There are a number of members here involved with building pedal steels.

I found this video super helpful. It's a single raise, single lower, but it really made sense to me the way it was constructed.

Hope this helps!
