Lloyd Green’s ‘Sweet Cheeks’

Hi guys,

Last summer I was involved in a guitar-based cover of Lloyd Green’s instrumental, ‘Sweet Cheeks’. You’ll hear that the main part of the song is covered by a b-bender tele played by a great young guitar player here in the U.K. called Chris Larcombe.

There is some pedal steel too - he got me in to play a little steel break which starts around 0:40 seconds.

Anyway, I’ve always loved the original, and I think Chris plays it really well on his telecaster - he plays some fantastic stuff. YouTube link to the track is below!
