They had me in the first five seconds by the wanton banjo destruction... Laughing

Yeah, that seems to be a Swiss K31. Maybe I should try out an Enfield bolt as a tone bar!

Definitely worth the 5 minutes. Hey, sawing a banjo in half oughta make a lot of people here happy!

I agree, it would be nice to get a translation. Walter? Joachim? Anybody. My German is too rough to make it out.

The rifle is beautiful. And the whole thing is whacked out. But I really like the super high pitch. Sorta sounds like a musical saw.

Fascinating. The German can be summed up to "he made iy all out of scrap parts, including the strings". The pickup was a old radio speaker. the model of the rifle was not mentioned but the builder spoke in a strong Swiss dialect so that's your clue!
