Linda West/I can hear those Church Bells Ringing

Anyone know who the Steel Player is on the above Linda West Tune ? Out last night with my Girlfriend and met Linda with her Husband/Manager and they were both very nice people. She couldn't remember the Steel player that recorded the song with her so I was just wondering who it might have been. Going to see them again since they live about five miles from me here in Myrtle Beach. The song never really never did much but we all know without the right promoters things don't move very fast. Thanks in advance for any help but I will Grill her again when I see her in a couple weeks
