That's a really nice arrangement. In case it's of use to anybody, I tabbed it out:

I think the tab is pretty accurate. I compared it against the video. As usual it doesn't capture all of the subtleties of the slides, so play along with the video if you want to get the phrasing the same.

There are some good ideas for playing over a ii-V and diminished chords in Open E.
