A couple good sites to buy casters for our steel guitar cases. and they don't have to be recessed. They attach to the corners.

I just looked up my order from Penn Elcom and I ordered and received the same wheels you link to...the W8375.

I felt the need to chisel my case corners out for them to fit.

Don't know about the DIY Road Case ones.

I have a set of add on wheels that I never used. I can sell them but it will be a couple weeks as they are packed away for my move Feb 1st.
