This is especially a request for feedback from the advanced 10-string 6th players out there.

Would the copedant below be practical for a "fly/road" or "honky-tonk" guitar? I have a SD10 guitar that I could add additional pedals/levers to, but want to be sure it is musically practical and worth the added weight.

Essentially, I think I would be sacrificing:
-The 2 lowest bass notes on a typical 10 string 6th tuning
-The ability to Raise the root(B)a 1/2-tone
-The typical/original Pedal 4 changes

The B6th Lock-Lever would create a minimum of an 8-string 6th tuning via strings 2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. Notice all of the notes in beige highlight.

Note: If I found a changer or guitar with 4 Raises available I could have a lever raise the appropriate strings to obtain a C6th tuning rather than lower the ones listed for a B6th tuning, but my current guitar is 3R/3L on the changer.

I wonder if it would easier to look at it as an E6 (plus 9) and have the lever lock only lower 2 and 9 to C#.

I don't think you'd want to lower string 10 on the vertical. It would mess with some of the B6th chords.
