Over the last few months I have introduced a new line of steel guitar pickups, the Z Series, which are based on the design used on vintage ZBs, and also the CE and CS series, which are classic single coils with 1/4 diameter magnets similar to Emmons and Truetone pickups. There are threads in Buy And Sell for the pickups here:

The reason for this post is I have finally got an e-commerce website together for all my pickup offerings, which can be accessed at
www.steeltronics.com
It has all the information, options, and secure online ordering. Check it out!

Outstanding!
Any chance one of these can be shoehorned into a Sierra modular housing? I can 3D print a base or send an original empty Sierra housing (without electrical contacts). Alternatively, I can make an engineering print and STL or IGS (IGES) file if that will help.
Thanks for making these Scott. I love the sound of my ZB, just too heavy to move around much.

Patrick,
I played Sierras for quite a while and happen to have an old pickup laying around that was mounted in a Sierra carrier. I can confirm that a Z pickup would fit in the carrier, and I would be interested in offering a version for Sierras for sure! How about emailing me at scott_swartz@hotmail.com and we can figure out the particulars. Also, I think it might be possible to put the contacts and dovetail mount right in the pickup base and eliminate the need for the carrier. I had already been thinking about this and someone else contacted me on this topic so lets see what we can do.
