I know nothing about Reaper.
I do not record with a DAW.
I did not watch any of the videos.

But already, I like his videos.
Why?

Because they are all SHORT (less than 3 minutes).
I hate going to YT to get information on something that should be simple, and get a 20 minute video thrown in my face.

The primary offenders that come to mind are youngsters doing a demo of a distortion type pedal.
It has three knobs, just like every other pedal of that type.
We already have a pretty good idea of why it exists (to distort).
And this needs to have 20 minute video because?

I posted a link in a PG Music (Band-in-a-Box) forum post.

I don't use Reaper much but it is a popular DAW with users in the PG Music forum so it is many peoples first choice when answering the what is the best DAW question asked in most music forums.

Lots of GREAT DAW's, but Reaper works for me. This song was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Reaper.

Great stuff! concise and to the point. I've been using REAPER a while and still picked up a ton of great tips in a very short time. A refreshing change from the 25 minute YouTube videos done by 17 year olds on their iphones. Thanks for posting

Nice track! I have used Digital Performer in another life. Not even sure it's out there any more.
