Does anyone have a working RAM card, with the STEEL SETTINGS on it, I could borrow to load into a profex II? I downloaded the printed version but if anyone has one, I would appreciate the loan. I have the card for the transtube fex but the PROFEX says "NOT A PROFEX CARD" when you put it in the slot.
Thank you |

Does the card work in a Transtubefex? The reason I ask is, I had a Profex 2, and at the same time, I had a Roland D50 synthesizer that used the same card. I remember putting the D50 card into the Profex, and getting this error. They are not formatted the same. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . They are the same card. A card with Tubefex or Transtube settings on it cannot be loaded to a Profex 2 or Bassfex
A card loaded with steel settings from a Profex 2 can be loaded to a Profex 2 or Bassfex. It cannot load to a Tubefex or Transtubefex
The midi format is not the same for a Profex/Bassfex and a Tubefex/Transtubefex
Your card would need to be loaded froma Profex 2 that has steel settings. By using the initialize function while in the donor Profex 2 it would reformat the card and load all in one step |
