I’ve noticed a lot of you fellas like to post pictures of your steels in front of the fireplace. Does this help you sell faster? Play faster? Light a fire faster? Do you keep it near the fireplace so you can easily toss it after realizing you’ll never be Emmons? There’s a poll below.

p.s. I don’t have a fireplace.

"Intro to Marketing Steel Guitars" (by Damir Besic). Page 1, paragraph 1:
"Tasteful backgrounds and good lighting make the steel look better and sell faster at a higher price. If you don't really want to sell but your spouse is pressuring you, photograph it the garage or tool shed. The more chaos, the better. Extra credit for slighly blurry and spelling it 'Emmunds'."
