Just watching Matlock S2 Ep10 - country singer accused of a hit-and-run. Plenty of steel in the the first scene. Who is the player? There's at least one clear shot of him. Episode first aired 1987

Someone asked the same question here not too long ago, I don't think anyone had the answer.
