The perfect shoes for pedal steel?!?
A serious subject, and serious times, but a little humor never hurts! And a big shout out to my little granddaughter for the shoes, thank you Emberâ£ï¸

I remember reading somebody cutting legs and pedal rods 8" under standard (maybe more, but gotta keep the levers off the floor) for a small child to play... it's almost time!

To paraphrase the old saying, "I felt bad about having no pedal steel shoes until I met Bob Womack with his size 9 1/2 EEEE feet." Ducks envy my feet. Try fitting THOSE on pedals.

In my job as a Game Warden, They always had uniform shoes in stock that fit me. The Supply Officer said, "I was the only DUCK that worked there". I wore 8 1/2 EEEE.
I like my EEEE cowboy boots too. Short and wide Easy to hit 2 Pedals, And don't get caught in the Pedal Rods.
