Does anyone know who played steel onstage in the prison scene for the movie "Outlaw Blues"?

I haven't seen the movie, and the movie credits don't list the musicians. However, there was a music soundtrack album of the movie released, and the steelplayer on that album was listed as Pete Grant.

Skunk Baxter played steel on Hoyt's albums so likely it is one and the same.
